About the Role

This role is responsible for leading sales activities across eincors’ areas of impact. It covers customer acquisition, key account management, sales pipeline development, RFQ follow-up, commercial negotiations, pricing coordination, sales reporting, and market expansion, while supporting sustainable growth through strong customer relationships, qualified opportunities, and effective sales execution. The role works closely with Business Development, Procurement, Marketing, Logistics, Finance, and Management teams to align sales activities with business targets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage international sales strategy across assigned markets.

  • Lead customer acquisition, key account development, and long-term customer relationship management.

  • Manage RFQs, offers, quotations, order follow-up, pricing coordination, delivery status, documentation, and payment terms.

  • Build and develop relationships with industrial customers, contractors, dealers, distributors, fleet owners, service companies, and procurement teams.

  • Identify new sales opportunities in spare parts, machinery, oil & gas, defense, automation, electronic components, and technical supply markets.

  • Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, Finance, Marketing, and Management teams to ensure smooth sales execution.

  • Support negotiations on pricing, delivery terms, warranty, payment terms, framework agreements, and long-term cooperation models.

  • Monitor sales pipeline, customer activity, market demand, competitor activity, and commercial performance.

  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, pipeline updates, and customer development reports.

  • Represent the company in customer meetings, negotiations, exhibitions, business visits, and international sales activities.

Requirements

  • 4-year university degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales, B2B sales, key account management, business development, or commercial management.

  • Experience in industrial supply, spare parts, construction machinery, oil & gas, defense, automation, electronic components, machinery, mining, energy, marine, or heavy equipment sectors is highly preferred.

  • Professional communication ability in English is required.

  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, RFQ-based sales processes, technical products, industrial customers, and international trade.

  • Good knowledge of pricing, quotations, order execution, Incoterms, logistics, customs documentation, payment terms, and commercial negotiations.

  • Proficiency in CRM, ERP, sales reporting, pipeline management, documentation control, and Excel.

  • Strong leadership, customer management, negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.

  • Commercial-minded, target-oriented, disciplined, and ownership-driven professional able to manage sales processes end-to-end.

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, international, and high-pressure business environments.

Nice to Have

  • Existing customer portfolio in industrial, spare parts, machinery, oil & gas, defense, automation, electronic components, or technical supply markets.

  • Experience with digital sales channels, B2B marketplaces, RFQ platforms, online lead generation, CRM-based sales, and product listing platforms.

  • Existing customer network in Turkey, Europe, CIS, Russia, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Middle East, Africa, or international industrial markets.

  • Experience in spare parts, engines, filters, hydraulic components, electrical materials, automation products, electronic components, defense supply, or technical procurement markets.

  • Experience in distribution agreements, framework contracts, authorized partnerships, exclusivity terms, or strategic customer agreements.

  • Russian, German, French, Arabic, Spanish, or other foreign language skills are an advantage.
