Our History
From 1983 mining repairs to a specialized network. A trajectory of mechanical expertise transformed into a multinational infrastructure for continuity.
1983: Helmroth - Mining Machinery Services
The foundation was laid in East Germany as a family business operating under the name Helmroth. The core activity involved the specialized repair and rental of underground mining machinery. This initial phase established the technical baseline for managing heavy-duty equipment in high-demand environments, focusing on mechanical durability and maintenance expertise.
2015: Corporation and R&D
The company transitioned into an corporate structure with the opening of its first global contact office. This expansion was accompanied by the establishment of a dedicated R&D center focused on the development of specialized spare parts and custom engineering solutions. This shift moved the focus from local machinery services to the development of technical components for the industrial sector.
2024: Global Expansion and eincors
The headquarters were relocated to Belgium under the eincors brand, marking the transition into a multinational organization. This period involves the implementation of global investment strategies and the scaling of operations to a worldwide level. The relocation to Belgium serves as the logistical center for managing global trade and industrial partnerships.
