About the Role
This role is responsible for leading digital and traditional marketing activities across eincors’ areas of impact. It covers SEO, content, website performance, landing pages, social media, campaigns, marketing assets, and digital reporting, while supporting commercial growth through stronger brand visibility, qualified lead generation, and effective marketing materials for B2B sales cycles.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage digital and traditional marketing activities in line with the company’s commercial targets.
Manage SEO, content, website updates, landing pages, technical analysis, testing, social media, email campaigns, and lead generation.
Prepare marketing materials such as catalogs, brochures, presentations, product pages, company profiles, campaign content, and corporate communication materials.
Support Sales and Business Development teams with sector-focused campaigns for spare parts, industrial supply, machinery, oil & gas, defense, automation, electronic components, and heavy industries.
Improve website performance, traffic quality, search visibility, lead quality, conversion rates, and brand positioning.
Coordinate designers, content writers, developers, agencies, freelancers, and external marketing partners.
Follow market trends, competitor activities, customer behavior, product demand, and industrial sector opportunities.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on marketing activities, digital performance, campaigns, leads, content production, and website results.
Requirements
4-year university degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Trade, Engineering, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, B2B marketing, industrial marketing, or technical product marketing.
Experience in spare parts sales cycles, RFQ-based sales processes, industrial products, or technical supply markets is required.
Experience in industrial supply, construction machinery, oil & gas, defense, automation, electronic components, machinery, mining, energy, marine, or heavy equipment sectors is highly preferred.
Professional communication ability in English is required.
Strong knowledge of SEO, content marketing, website management, landing pages, social media, email marketing, lead generation, and digital reporting.
Good understanding of B2B sales funnels, technical product pages, industrial catalogs, product listings, customer acquisition, and conversion optimization.
Proficiency in marketing tools, CMS platforms, CRM systems, Google Analytics, Search Console, SEO tools, reporting tools, and Excel.
Ability to work closely with Sales, Procurement, Business Development, Design, Content, Web Development, and Management teams.
Disciplined, analytical, commercial-minded, and ownership-driven professional able to manage multiple marketing projects end-to-end.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, international, and result-oriented business environments.
Nice to Have
Experience with industrial SEO, product-based SEO, part number-based searches, technical catalogs, product databases, and B2B marketplaces.
Experience in spare parts, engines, filters, hydraulic components, electrical materials, automation products, electronic components, defense supply, or technical procurement markets.
Existing marketing experience in Turkey, Europe, CIS, Russia, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Middle East, Africa.
Russian, German, French, Arabic, Spanish, or other foreign language skills are an advantage.
Experience in brand development, exhibition preparation, corporate communication, catalog development, and international industrial marketing.
