About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing regional customer accounts across industrial sectors. This role involves customer relationship management, business development, quotation follow-up, sales coordination, and regional market expansion. You will oversee the full commercial account lifecycle, from customer acquisition and opportunity development to order follow-up, delivery coordination, payment tracking, and long-term account growth.
Responsibilities
Manage and develop regional customer accounts across assigned markets.
Build strong long-term relationships with industrial customers, distributors, contractors, and business partners.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s customer portfolio.
Follow up customer inquiries, quotations, offers, orders, delivery status, and payment terms.
Coordinate with procurement teams to source parts, components, equipment, and industrial supply solutions.
Support pricing, delivery, and payment term negotiations with customers.
Monitor regional market trends, competitor activities, customer needs, and sales opportunities.
Maintain accurate customer, quotation, opportunity, and communication records in ERP and CRM systems.
Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales, pipeline, and market reports in English for the General Headquarters.
Work directly with Procurement, Logistics, Finance, Warehouse, and Commercial teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Represent the company in business meetings, trade discussions, customer visits, and regional development activities.
Develop and implement account plans, sales KPIs, and follow-up systems to support sustainable regional growth.
Requirements
4-year university degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in sales, account management, business development, or industrial supply.
Experience in Oil & Gas, Industrial Supply, Electrification, Energy, Automation, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, Marine, Construction, or Heavy Industries is highly preferred.
Fluency in English is mandatory; Turkish, French, Dutch, Russian, or German is a strong advantage.
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to manage customer relationships and develop long-term business opportunities.
High proficiency in ERP and CRM applications, quotation management, sales reporting, and advanced Excel capabilities.
Decisive and disciplined professional with strong ownership and the ability to follow commercial processes end-to-end.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving, and high-pressure international environments.
Demonstrated ability to analyze customer needs, market conditions, and sales data to create actionable business insights.
Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with customers, procurement teams, logistics teams, finance, and management.
Must be currently residing in Antwerp, Belgium.
Nice to Have
Previous experience in spare parts, components, machinery, engines, industrial equipment, or technical supply solutions.
Existing customer network within Belgium, Benelux, Europe, or international industrial markets.
Ability to communicate in French, Dutch, German, or Spanish in addition to English.
