About the Role
As the Supply Chain Manager at eincors, you will lead and optimize our end-to-end global supply chain operations. You will take strategic ownership of international procurement, supplier sourcing, demand planning, ERP/master data governance and warehouse logistics across high-demand industrial and power generation sectors. Reporting directly to General Management, you will build and manage scalable supply chain frameworks, negotiate high-value partner agreements, and ensure total operational excellence across cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
• 4-year university degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 7+ years of professional experience in procurement, supply chain management, inventory planning, or international logistics operations.
• At least 4 years of proven experience in team leadership, cross-functional project management, or operational coordination.
• Experience in Power Generation (Diesel/Gas Gensets), Heavy Industries, Oil & Gas, Industrial Supply, Energy, Automation, Electrification, or Manufacturing sectors.
• Fluency in Turkish & English is mandatory for international stakeholder and vendor communication.
• Strong background in commercial negotiations, contract management, cost-benefit analysis, and supplier performance management.
• High proficiency in ERP systems (as a core master data and procurement tracking tool), CRM platforms, and advanced MS Excel/reporting dashboards.
• Ability to work closely with Plant Operators, Quality, Finance, Engineering, and Executive Management teams.
• Decisive, ownership-driven, and highly analytical leader capable of managing complex operations in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• Willingness and availability for domestic and international business travel as required.
• Must be currently residing in Baku, Azerbaijan.
Requirements
• Lead end-to-end supply chain, procurement, and supplier development strategies in line with the company’s commercial growth and scaling targets.
• Source, evaluate, and onboard manufacturers and suppliers across targeted markets.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, credit lines, framework agreements, and payment schedules to optimize costs and eliminate capital waste.
• Lead a team responsible for ensuring the suppliers meet the key quality, velocity and cost metrics for our business.
• Own the governance and follow up of supply chain master data domains (material master, lead times, and sourcing data) within ERP systems to maintain total data integrity.
• Oversee domestic and international logistics, freight forwarding, customs clearance, and import/export documentation for inbound and outbound shipments.
• Execute key strategic initiatives such as the development of standardized best practices, offerings, services and development of associated tools & training.
• Ensure suppliers consistently meet strict Quality, Velocity, Cost, and HSE standards through continuous performance tracking and vendor audits.
• Work closely with Sales, Engineering, Finance, Operations, and Management teams to execute standardized SOPs and drive continuous improvement opportunities/projects, including standardization and simplification, and mitigating risks.
• Prepare and present comprehensive weekly and monthly operational, financial, and supply chain KPI reports for the General Headquarters.
Nice to Have
• Experience in industrial spare parts, MRO, technical equipment procurement, and reading technical datasheets/part numbers.
• Existing supplier network and logistics experience across Turkey, Europe, CIS, Russia, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Middle East, Africa.
• Russian, German, French, Arabic, Spanish, or other foreign language skills are an advantage.
